Words can't really express the gratitude that my wife and I have for what Paul was able to do for us. As first time home buyers in this ridiculous Bay Area market, we walked into the search a bit intimidated, even though we had been doing our research and planning this for a while. We met Paul at one of his open houses and instantly knew he was our Realtor. Without boring you with the details, the only reason we got into our first home in an amazing and safe neighborhood in Oakland at a fair price is because of Paul, his connections, and his knowledge of the market. Paul is the best realtor out there and Jillian by his side only makes that fact more strong. We are forever grateful to have had Paul as our realtor. Paul helped us purchase a beautiful 119 year old Colonial Revival duplex in Alameda. We had been looking for this type of property for the past couple of years, but never found exactly what we were looking for.
Even though Paul is also a friend, he was extremely professional and helpful through the entire purchase process. He made sure that we were completely informed about all the disclosures; given the age of the property this was extremely important. He followed up on all our questions and issues that we had for the seller/owner and recommended appropriate responses and counter proposals that would insure a successful purchase transaction.
And of course we used Paul to sell another property in Harbor Bay Isle. With the sale, Paul arranged everything for the future open house and Broker's tour while we were on vacation. We literally came back to a house ready for sale and prepared for any buyer to move in after closing. Paul was prepared and diligent throughout the entire sales process, making sure only qualified buyers would be putting in appropriately priced bids.
We couldn't have been more pleased with our purchase and sale of both properties with Paul's help and professional assistance. -

Aside from being a really personable man, Paul is extremely professional and an expert in the East Bay housing market. He made our first-time home buying experience seamless, breaking complex details down to a straightforward manner. Even after the house was closed and we moved in, he continued (and still continues) to check in and help us with logistics to make our house feel like a home. To anyone looking for a home in the East Bay, I couldn't recommend Paul any higher.
