Paul genuinely cares about his clients and treats them like friends. He went above and beyond for us in so many ways, but one way in particular really made an impression. We just got outbid on one home that Paul helped us with, and the next home we looked at was in a brand-new development. Paul wasn't guaranteed a commission but he met us at the development site to tour the new builds. When he learned that he would not receive a commission (because the builder was full service) he stayed with us the whole afternoon to tour each home and gave us advice and guidance along the way. There were some homes that my 3 small children weren't allowed in because they were still under construction, and Paul stayed back, watched them, and entertained them while we toured! We wound up purchasing one of those homes which ended our client or agent relationship with Paul, but even then Paul continued to reach out to us, giving us tips about the area and sharing things he learned about the school system that were super helpful. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and we will absolutely recommend him to our loved ones, friends and family, knowing they would be in good hands."

"We met Paul during an open house for a home that he was selling. When we first met Paul, he was warm, inviting, and forthright about what the sellers hoped to receive for the house. Unfortunately, at the time, it was out of our budget. More importantly, Paul is a Warriors super fan and also the creator of the "We Believe" slogan. We conversed for a bit and said our goodbyes. Nevertheless, Paul's honesty and warmth left an impression on us. Fast forward 6-8 months, my wife and I were in Los Angeles and saw a home we were interested in the Bay Area. It was a Sunday and we were getting on a flight to come back to the Bay Area, but given how hot the market was, we didn't want to wait to look at the house, so we took a shot in a dark and called Paul after having not spoken for 6-8 months. He immediately answered and remembered us. Moreover, he said he would make himself available to show us the house when we landed at 730 pm. Again, this was a Sunday. True to his word, Paul was waiting for us when we looked at the house that we would eventually buy. My wife and I are young professionals with stellar credit (and we were putting more than 20% down), but the process for us was grueling, and the mortgage companies didn't make it easy through each step of the way. Paul remained positive and solution-oriented. I mean, when we talk about Mamba Mentality, Paul has it. Our escrow lasted 60 days, and not once did Paul crack - he dealt with us, upset sellers, ridiculous bankers, and all kinds of antics with professionalism, integrity, and positivity. He repeatedly reassured everyone that the sale would go through. He also always made himself available and was always responsive. My wife and I now own a stunning home with bay views in a gated community. I cannot say this enough, if you are looking for an agent to help you buy or sell your property, Paul is your guy. Paul immediately made a good impression because he was incredibly responsive, listened to our wants or needs, and was committed to looking out for our best interests. He mentioned to me that we may be in a new home for Christmas, and I thought that this would never be possible in this market. On November 11th, we looked at a house that we absolutely loved and it was in our dream neighborhood. It was a little out of our price range given the amount of repair work that was required. Paul listened to us and together formed a reasonable offer that was less than asking. This also happened to be our first offer ever which I never dreamed would be accepted! Paul then worked closely with us to ensure that we had the proper inspections. He advocated for us when we found unforeseen issues and was always there with a quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant response.
