Words can't really express the gratitude that my wife and I have for what Paul was able to do for us. As first time home buyers in this ridiculous Bay Area market, we walked into the search a bit intimidated, even though we had been doing our research and planning this for a while. Paul is the best realtor out there and Jillian by his side only makes that fact more strong. We are forever grateful to have had Paul as our realtor. Paul helped us purchase a beautiful 119 year old Colonial Revival duplex in Alameda. We had been looking for this type of property for the past couple of years, but never found exactly what we were looking for.

Even though Paul is also a friend, he was extremely professional and helpful through the entire purchase process. He made sure that we were completely informed about all the disclosures; given the age of the property this was extremely important.
