Rockstar! . Paul is a rockstar! We found a house we wanted and put an offer on that was accepted, except now we had to sell our place and fast! Paul stepped up to the challenge and worked with us to get all the balls in motion right away. We took a look at the competition in our neighborhood and took a realistic look at what we should do to stand out, especially considering we were not in a place to move out first and spruce the place up. Paul did an incredible job selling our listing to people that would be interested before we were even officially on the market, all the while we were still living there with our colored walls and furniture in the place. Paul was there anytime we had a question or needed anything, I felt bad sometimes with how fast he was responding after business hour! Paul helped us purchase a beautiful 119 year old Colonial Revival duplex in Alameda. We had been looking for this type of property for the past couple of years, but never found exactly what we were looking for.

Paul helped us purchase our home in Lafayette, CA while we were still living in Los Angeles. Buying a home in Northern California while still living in Southern California is no small feat. After a few introductory calls with Paul and gaining comfort that he fully understood our needs and wants in our new home, we started on our journey to find a home in the Lamorinda and Piedmont towns in the Bay Area. Paul was extremely proactive throughout the process in recommending properties for us to consider, and when we did find one of interest (and there were many), he was quick to schedule appointments for virtual walk throughs with other agents, most times within the same day (and even with a few hours) of us sending a listing to him. Paul would FaceTime us and patiently walked us through each property, from driveway to entryway to each and every bedroom and bathroom, we felt like we were really there in person. He would also send us videos of the surrounding neighborhoods and streets so that we could really get a feel of the area without physically being there. Paul was helpful in pointing things out for us to consider in various properties and we never felt pressured or stressed during the process. Paul quickly developed relationships with the other agents to get insight on the properties, and to help us get detailed answers to all the questions that we had. We had the best experience working with Paul. He is knowledgeable, professional, he is a great advisor, and he has such a good nature about him that every interaction is just easy, even when the situation is stressful. We just got outbid on one home that Paul helped us with, and the next home we looked at was in a brand new development.
