Words can't really express the gratitude that my wife and I have for what Paul was able to do for us. As first time home buyers in this ridiculous Bay Area market, we walked into the search a bit intimidated, even though we had been doing our research and planning this for a while. We met Paul at one of his open houses and instantly knew he was our Realtor. From the beginning, we always felt like Paul was not only looking out for us and had our best interest in mind, but we could also communicate with him honestly. After we both decided it would be a great fit to work together, Paul and his assistant Jillian went to work. It honestly felt like Paul stopped the life he was living and dedicated everything he had to finding us a house. He has a wealth of knowledge about the Bay Area market that was always proven true. I feel like Paul could have his own Bay Area TV show called the 'Asking Price' whisperer. No matter how much it hurt to hear, no matter how far off the asking price was, to what Paul said the closing costs would end up as, he was always right. We found this out mostly months afterwards as the houses we were originally looking at sold. Luckily, no, actually amazingly, we didn't have to wait that long to find our home. Paul got us into our first home weeks after we started looking. Without boring you with the details, the only reason we got into our first home in an amazing and safe neighborhood in Oakland at a fair price is because of Paul, his connections, and his knowledge of the market. Paul is the best realtor out there and Jillian by his side only makes that fact more strong. We are forever grateful to have had Paul as our realtor. If you are attempting to make a decision of who to choose, do yourself a favor and stop right there. There is no choice.
